Update Add-on on CAL w/o SolMan

Hi,

I have created on CAL SAP EHP7 for ERP6 on SAP HANA 1.0 SP09 solution with IS-UT Add-on 600. I need to update this Add-on to 617.

I don 't have SolMan for generate the Xml file.

How update this Add-On w/o SolMan? If is not possible, how could i specify ( when creating the solution ) that i need the IS-UT 617 and not 600 ( Because in PAM  , EHP7ECC6 can have IS-UT 600 OR IS-UT 617 ) .
