Hostname unknown error

I am accessing an AWS instance for the CAL solution "openSAP: Text Analytics with SAP HANA platform".

However, when I try to enter the A4H system via the remote desktop, either using the SAP GUI or Eclipse, I receive the error "hostname 'vhcala4hci' unknown". Screenshots attached for your reference.
