CAL-Not able to access IR & ID in SAP PO

Hello,

Please refer the attached screenshot, I am not able to connect to SAP PO IR & ID:

After this, it says Internal Authentication failure.

Also please note that I'm not able to access the system using the dns i.e. if I connect using http://bpmhost:50000/dir, it throws error. But if I access it using IP, its accessible. I've tried maintaining the entry in the host file.

Please help.
