I have created an instance of Netweaver BW 7.5 on HANA (developer edition) and have given a colleague administration rights in my CAL tenant. However, my colleague is not able to activate the instance - he can edit and terminate it, but the button to "Activate" is greyed out for him. Is this normal? According to the help documentation, an administrator should be able to activate instances within that tenant?
