Can not log onto SAP Personas trial CAL

Hi:

I am unable to connect to the instance of the SAP Personas CAL that I've created.  I am using the web browser and am able to get the logon screen to appear.  But I have tried all the master ID's (DDIC, IDADMIN) with both my password used when I created the instance as well as the default password 'Apl1ance'.  I have tried recreating the instance several times and am convinced I'm missing something. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I would call SAP but this is a trial CAL and I do not have a subscription.  I'm a consultant with an S-ID.
