Hi,
I am trying to create an account in the CAL using an Amazon IAM user (assigned to the four required roles). I am sure the access and secret key I provide are correct, but no matter what I am getting the "An error occurred; contact your SAP Cloud Appliance Library operator" error.
In the AWS console I can roughly track the connection attempt from SAP CAL with the user (access key ID) since I see that ec2 is recorded as last used service (with a last used time stamp). I tried different variants with and without groups and also the amazon root user itself (as opposed to the IAM user) but I always get the same error.
In some posts I saw there "was an issue" with the user profile (?) but I can neither find settings attached to my CAL user/profile nor a possibility to purge the CAL tenant altogether (and start from scratch again).
I am stuck, any ideas?
