New SAP CRM AWS instance in undefined status

Hello,

I have created more than 3 hours ago a new instance of SAP hybris Marketing and SAP CRM RDS - fully-activated Landscape Trial on Amazon AWS, but currently it is still in undefined status in the Instances Search Page (if I try to activate it, a message informs me that it will take 45 minutes for activation): do you know how long should it take to have this instance ready for activation? (or did I miss any step?)
