Database connection GR/IR cockpit

Hi Experts,

I can open the cockpit in a browser but some functions are not available due to missing database connection. ( Cannot save status information for purchase order 5500000006/00010; no connection to database. Contact your system administrator)

Can somebody explain how to check and configure that for this HANA solution?
